Quality Paint & Body

If you need any kind of repair or body work at all this is the right place for you. When Geico approved a fender that didn't fit right, they let me know immediately. It was obvious that it wasn't right because there was a gap between it and the hood. It has taken 5 days to get that part that was approved by Geico. Then Geico had to order to right part.. So even though it did take longer, they took care of me 100%. There was a quarter size scrape off another fender that they repaired.. I can't tell where it was..it's perfect!! I only had the car a little while when I had my accident, I hadn't had a chance to take the tape off the mirrors yet.. it did not come right off like I was told it would. They took that off too. They kept in touch, let me know what was going on with it the whole time. I missed my car.. but it was more than worth waiting for!! Everyone was easy to talk to.. I would recommend Quality Paint and body to everyone!!

I needed some touch-ups done on the paint work on my truck. I called around town just to get a quote, and each time I was told that I needed an appointment and couldn’t simply pop in and be seen. I finally found and called Quality Paint & Body and they told me I could come on down at any point in the day and they’d see me. I showed up and was immediately seen within minutes. They were incredibly kind and transparent and I never once felt like they were going to overcharge me. They gave me an honest price and I left feeling good. They knocked the job out in less than 24 hrs and when I came back to pick up the truck they handed me the keys and said have a good day…no payment needed. They said the job was no problem and practically took them no time, and because I’m active duty military, as a gesture of appreciation, they didn’t see a need for me to pay, it was completely on-the-house. On top of this, the truck looked perfect; there’s no evidence of the previous damage; it’s spotless. So for Quality Paint & Body, it’s an easy 5 stars. The service is top-notch. The communication was flawless. They’re professional. And they’re damn good at what they do. I would highly recommend these guys.
