FROM MY FATHER TIMOTHY MULCAHY: I would like to tell the people of Evansville about the best way to get broken electronics fixed. I always bring my electronic repairs to B&M. They are easy to find and surprisingly affordable. They are really good about communicating with their customers, and have integrity in everything they do. Very pleasant to deal with. The tech's are Gary Simpson, Randy Alison, and Dan Smith. Randy works on TV's, stereos, and test equipment. Gary works on TVs, vintage radios, and music equipment. Dan works on microwaves, vintage stereos, tape decks, and speakers. There are a few appliance techs. Overall I would highly recommend!

Definitely would not recommend doing business with this company. Had the unpleasant experience of having them come out to repair my $3,000 refrigerators ice maker. Dealing with B the co-owner of the company was very difficult and he is extremely difficult to communicate with. Then he sent his check out who was equally rude and in fact when he left I went from a $3,000 Frigidaire refrigerator that worked fine other than the ice maker to a refrigerator that did not work at all. He then said that's just the way it is and you are out of a refrigerator. The tech then said if he wanted me to fix it as a side business he would be willing to do that. In summary this company owes me $122 and as I have had to do with other Rogue service companies I will sue them for that money plus the court costs. I do attend to allow B&M to read this review and do the right thing and send me the $122 that they owe me. I will give them 30 days from the date of this posting which is February the 20th. A final thought. If you want a really good repair service in the Evansville Owensboro area reach out to HTC Appliance in Owensboro as they are absolutely awesome to deal with. They not only fixed the ice maker but they repaired a $3000 refrigerator that the B&M Tech said was not repairable.
