AZTEC was very helpful. I was able to call and get help diagnosing my fireplace over the phone. I was provided a couple of troubleshooting techniques that helped resolve my problem. Now, my fireplace is back in operation after 3 years. Smiles all around.
I had a niche problem with coffee roaster venting. This was not Frank's expertise but his years in the field came in clutch trying to help me resolve the issue. He took the time and listened. He pointed me in the right direction of the products we could use to help me out. After I spoke with him, I looked at phone and he had sent me links to those products. What rare customer service in this day and age. He could have easily washed his hands of it knowing that he would not be gaining anything from it. That's integrity and decency. You have a customer for life should I ever need you for anything and I will absolutely forward anyone I can to you. Thank you so much.
Frank did a great job getting my gas fireplace cleaned and running again. It hasn’t been on in over 3 years. He was very helpful with explaining how things work and maintaining it. Highly recommend.
Frank, the owner of Aztec Fireplace Service, did a great job for us! We had a box of parts to put our fireplace together. It had been dismantled before we bought the home & we wanted to have it operable. He took the time to explain what the parts were for and how it went together. Afterwards, he explained the proper operation for 'winter' here in San Tan Valley and what to do when we are done using it in the spring. His 5-Star rating is well deserved.
I emailed Frank and we scheduled a time for him to come out and clean our gas fireplace. He was very thorough. He took everything out of the box, cleaned everything, checked all gas connections, started the pilot light and made sure it was working as it should. He replaced the lava rock as well. If you live in the SE valley he's your guy to clean your fireplace. Thank you very much Frank. A before and after photo. Frank took the dusty fireplace box one. I took the other after it was cleaned.
