From start to finish, this company was super responsive, extremely professional, and provided, reasonably priced quality service! I was impressed as was my husband. Everything about our chimney system was thoroughly and clearly explained to us. How best to use it, what to do, what not to do. I've never had a house with a chimney before, so all of this was super helpful information. He put my mind at ease about actually using our fireplace. I made sure she was all cleaned up and ready to go! I'm adding these folks to my contacts in my phone and will 100% reach out to them again for general maintenance and any other issues that arise. Could not recommend these more!

Curtis was great, came out, cleaned my chimney for the price quoted over the phone and he gave me some tips on properly using my fireplace like where to place the grate and other helpful hints. Definitely a breath of fresh air after having another company come out, show me a video of my chimney claiming there were repairs needed (the area he showed me looked fine) and came up with $1,000 of repairs. I am glad I found someone to service my chimney for the future.

We called Curtis recently because we needed our fireplace cleaned and thought 3 of our firebox panels needed replacing. Curtis ended up replacing one panel and told us that the others still had some life left in them (we always appreciate honesty and saving money!). Curtis also did some repairs on the floor of our fireplace and left it looking brand new. He gave us excellent advice on using a more appropriately sized fireplace grate, explained the reasoning behind it etc. He knows his stuff for sure. We HIGHLY recommend Curtis. Thanks again!
