I would give them zero stars if I could. If you value your vehicle go somewhere else. They put an auto start on my car and I've been having problems every since and have taken it back several times and even had it taken off, and still have problems. A few days ago they kept my car overnight and did nothing to it, when I got home I noticed white scratches on my front bumper, they said they had to check their cameras but have not taken responsibility or done anything. They're too cheap to buy a repair kit from AutoZone that may remove the scratches. Don't trust your prized possession with them, they should be shut down!

I am very dissatisfied with the service I received at Aztec. At first, Maria at the front desk was pleasant and told me to return in two weeks to have my speakers adjusted after they installed my amp and subwoofer. However, when my system started going into protection mode and I called back, she rudely said she didn’t recall my Acura or the install and that I would need to pay extra just for them to look at it. simply because I couldn’t find my receipt. Judging from other reviews, it seems this “I don’t recall your vehicle” excuse is a common trend here. To make matters worse, during the install they drilled a hole in the back of my console without informing me. This kind of customer service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will not be returning and would caution others to be careful before trusting them with your vehicle.
