I had a leak on the pressure release valve of my water heater. Called Buckners and they sent Mayrel S out first thing in the morning. She called ahead of time and gave me an arrival time. She was very professional, and made sure to use her boot covers which I always appreciate, and got right to work. She gave a diagnosis and got me a price before starting repairs on the tank. Within an hour she was all done and the repair looks great. The new valve solder looks good and the new pipe she installed is a little longer and doesn't touch the tank like the original which is great. She even went above and beyond and picked up some trash in the cul-de-sac that had blown in from a neighbor before she left. I would gladly have Mayrel out to do any other plumbing work on my house.
