AZ Royal Granite & Remodeling

We’ve used AZ Royal Granite for two different remodel projects over the years-kitchen and bathroom and both times the quality of their work and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Most recently, we had them install a large glass shower door, which turned out beautifully. Over a year later, the door had gotten slightly off track (maybe thanks to kids 🤷‍♀️)and I reached out to them. To my surprise, they came out to fix it promptly—and at no charge, even though I offered to pay. That kind of customer service is rare and speaks volumes about the integrity and care this company has for their work and their clients. We used AZ Granite to install our granite countertops. We were nothing but pleased. Excellent communication. Easy to schedule. We did take a look at some of the granite he had on hand (which was a great selection and variety) - it certainly helped us get an idea of what we wanted, but he didn't happen to have enough of one for our large kitchen (we needed 3 full slabs). After selecting our granite slabs from a supplier in Phx, they did all the work. I LOVE my countertops. This is the second time we've had granite installed (first time at our last house) and AZ Royal Granite did excellent, high-quality work. They really took the time and made sure the seams were perfect. The grain all matches and his special thick edge for our island looks amazing. We are excited to Alex has opened a shop in Flagstaff!
