I have used Liberty Plumbing numerous times. They are very very courteous and the call you back and keep you updated. My experience on this date was to put in a propane stove and take out the electric one. Jared is the tech they sent out and he was awesome, professional, explained every thing took pictures. An outstanding person. When he was done he made sure everything worked and was spot on. I highly recommend Liberty. Fantastic Company
Jared out of Prescott did an amazing job! In a very tight spot ,under our house, Jared replaced a water pump and was able to replace our reservoir from 20 gal to 100gal . To put the larger reservoir in he hand dig a foot down. This work will save us wear and tear on both our new pump and reservoir.
Tyler was a breath of fresh air! After experiencing several sad issues with other plumbers, I was cautious of any optimism. His main highlights are: Ability to explain problem and suggests how the problem can be resolved. His neatness as he works. Gives realistic time lines of completion. Polite and professional. Provides an itemized list of what you are paying for.
Liberty Plumbing was SO quick to answer my call and get someone to the house that I manage for my busy executive... when all other locals were timed out a week or more. This is not an ideal timeline for an active pipe leak. Not only did they fix the issue, but they checked out the entire house to ensure it was safe from leaks and drips. I've had them back to the house to replace the water softener as well as a faucet fix. They're always so polite, friendly and professional. They are now at the top of my list of vendors for the Flagstaff area! THANK YOU LIBERTY PLUMBING!!!
