Bulldog Apartments

Great place to live. A gated community without the gate. Neighbors look out for one another. Love living at Bulldogs!! I just want to add that I've never had any issues with maintenance. They notify tenants when they will enter in the home to change filters or clean vents. I've lived here for 5 years now and when my ac went out 3 years ago is was fixed asap. The last time it went out I had just hung up with Mary and not 5 min later Bif was there and it was fixed within 15 min. They are always there to fix anything or be helpful. Bif even showed me how to get the hair from the bathtub as I could not remove the stopper. Thanks Mary and Bif for all you do😊

The manager is terrible! If you make a complaint to her about your neighbors for slamming their doors or for being too loud she will go tell the neighbors you complained about them. Therefore the neighbors slammed their doors more and sent me rude Facebook messages wanting to fight me. I’m one who keeps to myself and likes peace, so when I complain to the manager you would think she would professionally resolve the issues. There is no privacy in these apartments either. If you open your patio blinds the neighbors will walk by looking in. They would walk right along the edge of the concrete slab. My neighbor’s partied in their driveway at the evening hours. They would get into fights, screaming, even breaking out their car’s windshield and nothing was done after the manager was notified.

Bulldog apartments are absolutely horrible!!!! The neighbors get away with having their music loud, slamming doors, partying, ect. When the manager was notified she would tell me to call the police. She also, loved to cause highschool drama by telling everyone's business. The manager let's the maintenance guy walk into your place whenever he wants. When you are given paperwork to fill out plan on being given more because she can't give it all at once. Then be very careful with reading your lease. Last month rent free doesn't always apply as she turned me into collections when I always paid on time. I can say so much more about these apartments but it's too much to write.
