Josh was great. The people and support behind the product is everything and I would feel good about purchasing any long-term hardware from the company. Josh was personable, thorough and great to work with. I feel like I have better knowledge and a path forward with my water heater.
I asked for a seasonal check-up on my air conditioning unit when I moved in. The technician was very detailed and almost spent 2 hours cleaning, but nothing else was done. My working air conditioning unit is not working anymore. Company won't own the issue. They want to charge more to look at it again. First and last time working with them.
I had the pleasure of working with Eric S. He spent a great deal of time in my attic diagnosing the problem with my furnace and creating a plan that best fit my budget but also met his very high expectations for the equipment working at its optimum level of excellence. I was honestly totally satisfied with his professionalism and depth of knowledge. He's a great guy and he has become my go to person for all things HVAC for my home. He went to bat for me and my family and was super considerate of their needs. I called up again a day later for something else and again he came through! Thanks Eric! You're top notch. Tony showed up on time and did what he came here to do. My air conditioner was lagging and just not cooling the house and in no time it was cold as ice inside. He didn’t try to up sell me on services I didn’t need either. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 Review update- 3 weeks after the technician came out we hear this whistling sound coming from outside. We go out to find the A/C spewing ALL of it’s refrigerant into the air. How did Tony not catch this?
