What really impressed us about Rock was how thorough the inspection was before any work started. The guy spent a good forty minutes going over every part of the chimney and the exterior brick, took photos of problem areas and showed us exactly what needed attention versus what was still okay. A lot of companies we called just glanced at it from the ground and threw out a number. They ended up repointing a large section of our exterior wall, rebuilding the chimney crown, and replacing some spalling bricks near the roofline. The masonry repair blended in perfectly with the existing brickwork and the chimney looks solid and clean now. It was clear they actually care about doing the work right and not just getting in and out fast.
