Auto Trends Irving Park has genuinely the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever met at an auto shop. Their services are very fairly priced, the part I needed was covered with a warranty and roadside assistance, and everything was done pretty much exactly on time as they quoted it. As a woman, going to do anything car related is usually a surefire way to ruin my day-- not with Auto Trends! I came here because I found a coupon online, but added more once i arrived because the base prices are very fair. The inspection process is very detailed and they provided pictures which I loved. Dennis took care of me and made the entire experience fantastic. I already told my family about this place as it’s the best experience I’ve had at an auto shop in many years!

I can't say enough about the kindness I was shown while in town. I was told a few months ago I needed a battery (no problems or issues, just what a mechanic told me). To shorten the story: My hood wasn't unlatching so I couldn't get it open. The gentleman took a few minutes to open my hood (less than 5 min) and checked my battery. He printed out the reading from the battery and let me know my battery's health was just FINE/GOOD HEALTH. Plus, he fixed the hood. I asked him how much I owed, his response- NOTHING. It is rare in this day and age that you encounter an auto repair mechanic’s shop so well run, clean, thorough and pleasant. Auto Trends seems the exception to many other auto repair shops in the Lindley Park, Forest Valley area. After inspecting it for the break noise, they recommended the work needed on my wife’s vehicle and did it in the time promised. That would have been enough however, they have complimentary water and coffee. And include a warranty on their work and roadside assistance.
