Jeff's Golden Gate Tire & Auto

I went into this shop yesterday for an inspection. They called me and told me my car failed inspection because I needed to left rear tire. They told me they could pass it if I buy one from them for $138 I would’ve did it, but they didn’t have my tire size I would’ve had to wait till Tuesday so I go to a tire shop to get a new tire for my car and they tell me that the tire is perfectly fine. I experienced great customer service with Sydney. She was awesome! Also, my car was repaired in a timely manner so that my son could get back to work. I was truly appreciative. If I ever have trouble with my car again, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I was randomly recommended by overhearing conversations and I’m so thankful for the tip! I took my Jeep in on Saturday for what I was told was wrong with it and by Monday they knew what it was and reasonable prices for labor and parts then they heard another noise identified it let me know and graciously added it on with more reasonable pricing. My tire had a slow leak. My son had taken his car to Jeff's and had a positive experience. They were able to remove a piece of plastic from the tire, & plugged it. To me they went above and beyond because they could not get the plastic piece out without taking the tire off of the rim. They've gained a loyal customer. They could have tried to sell me a new tire, but instead they repaired the problem at minimal cost. I appreciate an honest merchant. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
