I met Shaun and Sherri in a parking lot after my car broke down. Originally thought my battery died but it was actually the starter (I barely know anything about cars). They were really sweet and helped me figure out what to do. Although it was after hours and they were enjoying their evening with friends they helped me get my car towed to the shop. I really appreciated how open and honest they were about pricing and the time it would take to complete the service. I've brought my car here more than four times in the past 6 months. Shaun, Tyler, and the whole team have gone above and beyond every single time! About three weeks ago my only 4 year old car completely died. They diagnosed my car and repaired the damages in a timely manner. I had such a great experience with Evolved Auto in Greensboro! I originally came in for a diagnostic, which turned out to be a bad camshaft position sensor. They explained everything clearly, gave me a fair price, so I proceeded and they got right to work. My appointment was at 9 AM and I was back on the road by 10!
