I would recommend this place to any Volkswagen owner in the Triad. Throw the dealerships out the window. Alan is a very friendly guy and goes above and beyond with his work. He’s also very knowledgeable, honest about what he can do and what needs to be done, and is great at keeping you in the loop with your vehicle. I went in after I discovered a wet spot on the ground under my car (VW CC), and when I arrived, Alan came outside with me, popped the hood, and quickly identified a few places the leak was potentially coming from. Wonderful customer service! Allen went above and beyond in checking out my daughter’s VW Tiguan to ensure it was safe to drive when her coolant light came on before school. He stopped what he was doing when we got there to check her car and made a quick fix without taking any payment at all! We will definitely be taking her car there for all future needs! More than happy customer: I had the BEST experience here. I got a flat tire due to a bent my rim on my 2013 VW Jetta, had to get it towed to a dealership to get the locking lug nut removed and get the spare installed. After getting my car back, Alan (the owner) was able to order me the rim and tires and install them for HALF the price the dealership quoted me. Alan was so friendly, professional, and did amazing work for more than a fair price. I recommend him for any work you need done with hard to find VW part replacements. THANK YOU ALAN, I will be back!
