I walked into this location to talk to a human about my home wifi billing and look into switching from Verizon (after 25 years because their customer service has tanked.) While I was standing there waiting to be at least acknowledged, another customer was sitting with a rep trying to get help. She didn't seem to be getting far. Then another rep, who was with other customers, stopped what he was doing with them to yell at her - across the store. Then turned to the customers sitting in front of him and said "Jesus!" while rolling his eyes. I turned walked right out of there. That service is worse than dealing with the 800#! I signed up for TMobile right in the parking lot.
