Automatic Heat has been servicing my HVAC for 3 years. Their tech, Ryleigh, goes above and beyond to diagnose any issues or potential issues, come up with a repair plan and implement it quickly. Incredibly professional, communicative and friendly. Highly recommend.

Customer with Automatic for three years. Excellent company to work with. The tech who does annual service, Jobe, (sp?) is efficient, professional and all around great guy. Glad I went with Automatic when I had a complete new system installed.

We were very grateful that you were able to rearrange the schedule of your oil furnace service man so that he could come over today to repair our oil injector transformer service, since we were getting very cold! The service man was very helkpful and competent, and provided detailed instructions on what to do and what not to do if this happens again. (I tried three times to restart the system and each time was locked out. The service man explained -- in great detail -- why I only should have tried to reset it once. I'll certainly remember next time). Thank you again for your great service!
