I originally took my son's PS5 to ubreakifix ny almeda mall on gulf freeway for a loose HDMI they said they repaired the HDMI and it was still unrepairable due to a fried motherboard they told me. My son's PS5 was less than a year old I thought how is that possible. They sold me on the insurance they offered and later just caused so much fraud and issues. I decided man let me get a second opinion due to unrealitifix negligence I looked up PS5 repairs and I remember seeing Astro TV I saw free diagnostic and I saw the good reviews I took it in the same day they called me Told me hey this is repairable just need replaced HDMI and output I thought I just replaced the HDMI he stated they did not do it correctly it and they didn't clean it as they said they did. So I said go ahead it fix it are you sure it will work Astro tv said yes the next day it was ready and he showed Me everything worked man a whole month of stress with ubreakifix im a single mom it was hard buying a PS5 for my son so when I was Told it was non repairable it broke my heart to Being fixed next day Astro tv will forever have my business they give 45 day guarantee. They are the place to go do NOT TAKE IT TO UBREAKIFIX Take it to Astro tv always.

Brought my ps5 in for hdmi port repair. They got it fixed. Also,they did a free cleaning and bridge the port so it won't break so easily. I highly recommend them for any game system repair and they offer great pricing compared to other places. 👍 👍 👍

Excellent customer service!!!! I called other places for HDMI port repair on my ps5 and was getting the same answer 5-7 business days. I called AstroTv an they guaranteed same day repair, also told me I have 45 day warranty and he cleaned it. My ps5 came out looking brand new definitely would recommend for anyone needing fast service on game system
