Thank you Video Repair Place LTD for fixing my refrigerator! John and Don were both very nice people and obviously know a lot about refrigerators inside and out. The appliance was still under warranty so I didn’t mind waiting in between diagnosis and the actual repair which took 15 minutes at the most. Thank you so much and I will call you again when one of my other appliances quits working.
Thank you so much for the microwave repair. It took longer than expected (waiting for the part) we you all followed up and kept me updated. John was outstanding and did an amazing job! Big kudos to him.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience with Don repairing my washing machine. His customer service was outstanding from start to finish. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. Don’s knowledge and expertise were very clear, and he quickly diagnosed the problem and had my washer running like new again. It’s not often you find someone who is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about making sure the customer understands what’s going on. If you need appliance repair, I highly recommend Don. Reliable, knowledgeable, and excellence!
Told me I was required to drain my washing machine when literally that was the exact issue. The phone operator proceeded to tell me I wouldn't get help from anyone most likely unless I drained it myself, which again, was literally the problem. Seriously, the very next phone call too another company call they agreed to come out and drain it and fix the error they even offered to do it same day. Go figure. Absolutely zero stars for the company. Literally refused to do the job due to the literal reason I was calling them which is why thought appliance repair companies exist. This ended up being a $400 job I am totally willing to pay that this... Told me I was required to drain my washing machine when literally that was the exact issue. Five stars for THAT company that actually was willing and did the actual repairs. If I was the owner of this company I would start wondering how many $400+ jobs they have missed out on because of this. EDIT: I NEVER ONCE GOT TO EVEN MENTION THE TIME NEEDED FOR SERVICE. Was totally willing to wait up to three days but the discussion never even got to when someone could come out. It stopped and I was told they wouldn't work on it since I didn't drain it which again was the literal issue I needed a repair The reply from this owner account is bologna.
Mr.Don came out to the house with a very warm and welcoming demeanor and had the washer back up and running in no time flat. His professional with people and his work are next level. I will definitely be letting others know.
