50 years took a toll on my large circular driveway. Several proposals for replacing it seemed a bit heavy on cost and skimpy in a true remedy. AAAsphalt pavers and owner Jo Cooper highly recommended a "rest period" to allow a new base to properly set before final paving. Other companies told me it wasn't needed and were pushing a quick 'in and out' for the job. I decided on what seemed to make sense and go with Jo's proposal. Through the process, his entire team was courteous, approachable and mindful not to spread dust, dirt and stains. During 3 weeks "rest", I literally watched the sub-layer settle almost 3+ inches. As this phase ended, AAAsphalt laid the final surface of asphalt and perfectly graded it for drainage. The process ended with the addition and grading of se!eded loam for the perimeter. The end result is spectacular and has breathed new life into a 50+ year property make-over - it sets the property off beautifully.
