Mike Cutter and his team took a concept of a garage/home addition that lived in my mind and made it come to life, far exceeding expectations. From rough concept to detailed architecture drawings and then the construction process, Mike and his team kept us well informed and served as a partner helping us through design choices. We could not be more pleased with the end result. The Cutter team also re-sided our entire home and the results speak for themselves. This is a group of highly skilled and dedicated tradesmen who take pride in a job well done. They are friendly, thoughtful, and clean-up as they work. Mike's team including Mark, Travis, Rick, Thomas, Smith, Carl, and Brad to name a few, have given us an amazing space to enjoy with friends and family for many years to come.

Fantastic craftsmanship. We selected Cutter as they have the highest Trex certification in the CR/IC area. We worked with Andy to design a covered Trex deck with enclosed storage area below. I appreciated the communication from him, and quality of the work. Mark was the job foreman and he ran the crew efficiently and effectively.
