Aspen home improvements replaced my old windows that were not well insulated, some of them I couldn’t even open more than an inch. The new windows are wonderful!! I can tell a huge difference in the temperature in my bedroom. There is no longer a draft of cold air. The sliding glass doors glide easily. The entire installation crew were professional efficient and polite. The office was knowledgeable and responsive. I want to thank Aspen for every step of their service from the beginning visit through the finished product. We had several windows and two storm doors replaced in our older home and could not be happier with our experience. The sales person who first visited was so kind and knowledgeable, the gentlemen who came to do all the measurements were detail oriented and pleasant and the installers were quick and precise. Some of our old windows had trapped moisture and cloudiness, and now the new ones are so clear it’s amazing. Our dog Tank can’t stop looking out the back windows to watch over the neighborhood. Low pressure, knowledgeable sales people, and great communication during the entire process. Professional, friendly installers, and detailed follow up and customer service. We had the four main windows replaced on the front of the house which faces due West. It used to get very warm in the main living areas, the house is much more comfortable now in the afternoon. In fact, we are already seeing a savings on electricity, which almost equals the minimum financing payment! I can definitely recommend Aspen homes for your next project.
