Had my sprinklers installed last week. Extremely happy with the job. Tom and his team were extremely professional from the initial meeting to the completed product. They took out extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the app on the phone and checked in a few days after to ensure my satisfaction. I would recommend Arty's to friends and family.
As new owners, we have decided to continue using Arty’s, as the previous owner did. After my first appointment, I am very pleased with the service. George is exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly, addressing all my questions in detail. I look forward to continuing to use their services.
I have been using Artys sprinkler service for 19 years, never had a problem until now. They came to open up the system told me 1 head needed to be replaced no problem. I didn't start using the sprinkler till approximately 3 weeks later, that's when I noticed they put a pop up head instead of a rotary head. Also my zone 5 was not working. They came the tech showed me a receipt from last year saying that's when They changed it. After I kept saying no it was 3 weeks ago they finally put the right one in. The issue is after being a loyal customer for 19 years I never paid a service fee as long as I kept renewing my contract. Now the charged me a $70.00 service fee. They did not tell me of this fee till they were done. I guess I won't be renewing my contract. But now I'm reading elsewhere they don't do contracts anymore. Not a good way to do business.
An update that I forgot to post when I called to complain they said I should not have been charged a service fee as I have a service contract. I'm supposed to have that $70.00 fee on credit for next time. We'll keep you informed. 😁 I changed the star rating from 1 to 3 for now. 🤞
