He answered all of my questions and queries. Rory even gave me a tutorial on installing the app on my phone . He also gave me some very sound advice concerning my shut off valves which I wasn't aware of. Another customer had an urgent need , Rory excused himself - quickly called them back, listened to their requests, called the staff with the needed information and resumed our appointment.
