I ordered a new washing machine over the phone and everything was handled so easily and professionally. Delivery, hookup and removal of the old machine was done perfectly by Anthony and Anthony, Jr. They were pleasant, careful and very efficient. This is the second time I have bought appliances from this business and wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I recently purchased a new refrigerator from Arts and had a tremendous experience. I’ve come to not expect much from the sales associates at big box stores but Arts was different. I had the pleasure of working with Kyle during my shopping experience. Kyle was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional from beginning to end. He reassured me that the team at Arts would deliver and take away my old unit without issue. Kyle was down to earth, he didn’t just show me the most expensive unit, he took the time and showed me the differences between the brands and models, he was a true expert. My experience with Kyle made me an Arts customer for the next time I need a tv/appliance.
