My wife and I were recently locked out of our new home with a baby in tow. I called Art & Rays, spoke with one of their locksmiths, and he was at our home within 15 minutes. Even after the locks gave him some initial trouble, he knew exactly what the lock would require to open. He even helped us reset the locks to all work with the same key before he left! Ultimately, Art & Rays was timely, calming, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Art & Rays for your lockout needs in Missoula, MT.

I was dragging my feet on replacing my key fob, as I'd read it would be very expensive. These guys quickly ordered the fob, cut and programmed my new key in 15 minutes, and charged $200 less than the dealer would have. Thanks! Also, there's a super friendly giant cat in the shop.

Both keys and fobs died in our 99 VW New Beetle. Ordered the correct replacements online and Art & Rays cut the two new keys and programed both using the newer 2002 VW procedure. Got a 3rd key cut as a replacement "valet" key. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, they over and above to solve my issue with a fob I needed for my Toyota 4Runner. Courteous and knowledgeable, they treat you with respect while troubleshooting and resolving problems. Definitely coming here for any and all my locksmith related needs.

We had something break inside our door handle and it prevented the door from opening. We called in the morning and Justin came out within a few hours. He got the door open within minutes and showed us the issue with the door handle/lock assembly. He showed us the replacement they had in stock and went back to the shop to get the product that matched our door hardware in the house. He returned soon and completed the replacement quickly and keyed the lock and the dead bolt to the same key. He also lubricated the deadbolt so it works like new. Great service, everything explained in detail, he answered all of our questions and fixed everything. Great service. Will use again.
