I found this company online and got in touch with them. David came here to see the work. There were three different jobs, three separate projects that David looked at. For each of them, I asked them to give me an estimate on how much it would cost. The estimates arrived about a month later. I called and talked to Ashley. Mentioned that I want to ho with one of the estimates since I have busget for this one ready and consider others in few months. Asked Ashley if they can give me a discount gor this estimate. He talked to David and gave me some discount. Asked them to send me the new estimate and then received a call from David that since Im not doing all 3 project, they cant give the discount . So I ended up approving the estimate with no discount.Called and talked with Ashley several times to schedule the job and she always said that she “will talk with David and call you back” . finally we managed to schedule it for Feb 23rd. couple days before that day. Received the call from David and he state that they had to post pone it to Friday 27th, due to weather which is absolutely understandable and fine. Received a call Thursday afternoon ( day before start day) from David that one of his guys will deliver the material but they will do the job on Saturday 28th instead of 27th. I said fine!. Friday morning material was delivered. Helped their guy to unload and set material in the back yard. Later around noon. Juan ( subcontractor) stopped by and introduced himself. Nice guy. He checked and found wrong thickness board is delivered and more materials ( nails, flashing) is needed which is not provided. He contacted David couple times and got some measurements and send pictures of windows to David. Received the call from David that they are only going to change the trim around the main window but not the rotten trims between the windows!!!! I could hear him when he was talking with Juan that he was saying him. We gave him a deal so we don't do the whole job!!!! this is unacceptable , rude and unprofessional from a company!!! Since they backed out of their contract and lied Talked to David and told him to send his guy to pick up your stuff and leave. I had a very, very bad experience with this company. Hard to trust what they promise. Record their voice during conversations.!! Don't get burned. 1) When your guy David was here he was well aware of what needed to be done. You count one set of window as one when we did contract and now counting them individually to make people believe the job scope is changed. People are not stupid. 2) if that was the case which needed about 120 linear feet material to do, why did you deliver 400 feet of trim?!! Are you planning to waste 280 feet. Or brought 3 time material needed just in case ?! 3) your guy didn’t even measured the thickness of the trims right and ordered and delivered wrong material. When Onsite your guys telling estimate includes :all trims, flashing amd Caulking but 2-3 month later when your contractor show up and see wrong material is delivered, and you realized that you did ooops, you try to blame me and start counting windows individually . So unprofessional.

I cannot express how impressed and grateful I am for Armadas Exteriors. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. A single shingle came off the ridge line of my roof during the last rain storm exposing the ridge vent. Worse possible time to have a hole in your roof, and a potential costly repair right before Xmas. A few other companies came out to give me estimates, and they were putting me 1-2 weeks out for what really was a 15-20 min job. In addition they were obviously trying to upsell other services, which is fine, because I understand the operational cost of a single trip to fix one shingle. Quotes were in the thousands. Guy from Armada Exteriors came out looked at the missing shingle, said he had some extra material in his truck that was close enough in color, and fixed it in 10-15 min, AND basically charged me next to nothing. I actually offered to pay him more, because I felt bad and he wouldn't take it. Guy saw what my problem was, had a simple fix for it, and implemented it. No upsell, no gimmicks, no 2 weeks wait time during rain season, just good old fashioned top notch customer service. The upsell items the other companies were offering? They were legitimate, but right now was not the time to sell. I just needed one shingle fixed. Now in the new year, I will absolutely go back to Armadas Exteriors for those services, and for any future roofing needs. Through this small interaction they have my loyalty, future business, and recommendation to anyone else I know that might need them. Guy, if you're reading this, thanks again and keep doing amazing work, and to the owners, great job at establishing a culture where customer service is king.
