Got a metal seem roof about 18 months ago and was waiting to right a review. Roof is holding up great. Lots of rain and no leaks. Gutters? Doing their job too! Rigo and his guys were great. Friendly and had great communication. There was an issue where the color we ordered cost more than the standard roof which wasn't communicated but we easily reached a fair compromise. I think there was some learning on their end with respect to metal roofing as seen by some details not being spot on. That said, I am very picky & detail oriented GC myself and realize that in house that is over 30 years old there will be challenges. I'd happily use these folks on a personal or professional project of mine.

From start to finish, our experience with West Coast Roofers was outstanding. Communication was top-notch throughout the entire process — they were incredibly responsive to texts and emails, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The initial inspection was thorough, and the bid we received was detailed and easy to understand.  They wasted no time getting us scheduled. We had both our home and detached shop re-roofed, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and care. During the tear-off, they kept us updated on progress and even sent photos of the water-damaged plywood they discovered, which we really appreciated. The crew was fantastic — they showed up early each day, worked into the early evening, and were respectful of our property and our dogs. They completed the job in two and a half days, and each evening they meticulously cleaned up and neatly organized their supplies. When they finished, I walked the property looking for any nails or debris and was amazed to find absolutely nothing left behind.  The site was spotless (probably cleaner then when they arrived), and the new roof looks great! Hopefully we won’t need another roof anytime soon, but if we do, we’ll definitely be calling West Coast Roofers again.

West Coast Roofers was one of the company’s that I solicited a new roof bid from over a period of 2 months. They were one of the two low bids. The owner, Rigo, personally met with me several times. He had a great personality, work ethic, and a very good product. He made promises, and kept every one of them. Rigo had an excellent crew take care of me. They tore off a double roof, replaced over 30 sheets of plywood underlayment on a complicated roof, and installed new gutters with leaf guards. I will continue to recommend them.
