Brooklyn is one amazing technician! He was inside, outside and underneath my house checking everything so thoroughly. He spent many hours with me and explained every detail to me. I actually understood the issues and how they would be repaired. I had heard great things about Aquaguard but he far exceeded my expectation and I am excited about the job the crew will be taking on. I wish I could rate 0. Andrew came out to assess my foundation and address the joist issue causing sag in the floors of my house. After he said the pier system would work and resolve the sag, I went ahead and scheduled installation. He showed me the one inch dip in the worst spots and assured me the entire house would be fixed. I was advised the crew would be here 6-8hrs. They were done in less than 4. The floor was still sagging. I showed the crew before they left. They were both sick while working. I only got to see a few blurry shots of the pier setup. I texted my dismay to Andrew. He assured me that a crew would come out with a supervisor. They came out. They told me that no, I would need whole house spans to correct the issue. Okay, why wasn't that told to me? I spent $6600 on a pier system that hasn't fixed my problem. They again assured me that they would be in touch with a game plan that day with a call from a supervisor. Thus far, I've been waiting over two weeks. I feel awful. I wanted to start 2026 with checking off house repairs and feeling pretty heartbroken about the whole thing.
