Chosen Tires & 24 Hours Roadside Assistance

I got a large nail in my tire around the corner from this shop so this was my closest option. He offered a plug but then said the nail was too big and it needed to be patched, which was $35. After the "service" was complete, my car shook so bad if I went over 60 and my tire pressure was no longer able to be detected by my car's system. Head to the dealer the next day just to find out that the guy broke my tire pressure sensor on the tire he patched and the wheel now also needed balancing. Don't waste your money here, I ended up paying a lot more by choosing to patronize this business.

I live in the neighborhood and have been to this shop several times and have recommended it to friends. However Monday night Serigne Saliou Cisse sold me a tire with nails in it. I didn’t notice until I got home. That tire was on my spare wheel and I made plans to come back Friday to have the new tire I ordered put in my wheel because Serigne Saliou Cisse said he would be working. So I waited until Friday to have the new tire put in and told Mr. Serigne about the spare tire he sold me and that it had nails. He denied it and said that I must have gotten 3 nails in the tire while driving home Monday night (1.5 miles) Needles to say his refusal to accept responsibility and own up to his mistake means I will no longer be a customer at Chosen tire and I will tell everyone I know to never go there again. I’m very disappointed because I enjoyed giving my business to this la all local shop. It is very unfortunate that one man’s poor choice can affect the business in such a negative way. I even did him the favor of paying with two transactions for the $75 he charged me for the tire. One $50 payment to the shop and another $25 to his personal cash app.
