Customer service 10/10 Timely response 10/10 Adaptability to personal needs 10/10 Story time: My Labrador passed away about 8 months ago. She/They was my best friend and soulmate. Not an hour goes by today that I don’t think about her/them. I had a very difficult time letting her/them go and so when the difficult decision was made last week, I removed her/them from my freezer and made the phone call to MiniMix Concrete to see if they could help me enshrine her/them for eternity. The sales manager was a bit taken back at first, but seeing my grief, he/they were more than willing to work with me to ease my comfort. 2 days later I had a small mixer in my driveway and together we encased my precious Penelope in a perfect slurry of cement, air, water, sand and gravel. It seemed like eternity as I watched the beautiful grey mixture run down the golden fur that had now turned to a color more resembling an avocado. With their precision tools in hand the workers begin shaping and forming around sweet Penelope. My eyes gazed ahead as they began to swell with emotion and fluid. A tear trickled down my cheek as the last of her/their body was entombed in a shell of calcium, silicon, aluminum and iron mixed with air, water, sand and gravel. A worker noticed my emotion and comforted me with a pat on the back, assuring me she/they are at peace. Thanks to the hardworking crew at MiniMix Concrete my sweet Penelope will continue to be by my side whenever I am standing next to her/them. 10/10 would recommend
