On 12/17, I was on my way to work and when I was going down an extremely narrow road, I tried to move off to the side to let another car through and I hit something and my tire went flat 😭 I was able to make it to a tire shop but it didn’t open until 9am. I called Bamileke Tires & Mobile Service because I genuinely didn’t know what to do at all. He provided me a quote and came out as soon as he could. I really, really appreciate your help so much. On December 4, 2025, I was stranded for hours on the Langford Parkway I-75/I-85 interchange during rush hour after a flat tire—and after my roadside assistance provider failed to send help. Mario was incredibly courteous, efficient, and skilled. He immediately assessed the situation, reassured me, and had my tire repaired and ready to go in no time. What stood out the most was his calm and confident demeanor, which made a stressful roadside emergency feel manageable. His customer service was exceptional, and he demonstrated true professionalism from start to finish. I am deeply grateful for the prompt, reliable service I received—especially after being left waiting for three hours without support from my insurance provider. I WAS SCARED ...ESPECIALLY AFTER IT GOT DARK...The $200 service fee (Tip which was well deserved was included) was absolutely worth the peace of mind and high-quality care that Mario provided. Mario stayed in touch the whole time and arrived within the estimated 30-45 mins. as promised! Never once did he make me feel like I was bothering him...Did I mention I was really nervous/scared ..?
