Aqua Systems

Andy was very knowledgeable and personable. He sent a lot of time showing me how the water softening system works. He also spent a long time on the phone walking me through the systems so I knew which one to choose for our new home. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the Communication between staff. There was some confusion about a blending valve and we ended up getting convinced to not install it to prevent untreated water from entering the system therefore causing our water to stink. The technician had come out to remove the anode from our water heater which only removed the smell for about 10 days. Now it’s back even though we opted to not do the blending valve. They were going to bring a bag of the stuff we need to add to our softener but it was forgotten. We also got pushed to the last appointment of the day which meant no hot water for 2 hrs which wasn’t super convenient. The technician didn’t ask about wearing shoes in our new hose and I appreciate when people ask or wear shoe covers. Just a few things that could be improved upon. Overall we were satisfied with Aqua systems bc of Andy and the nice people who answer the phones.

Aqua Systems and Andy were awesome!!! We needed a water quality test completed just 5 days before closing on a mortgage loan and Andy was able to accommodate us and get everything done so quickly and efficiently! I couldn’t have gotten luckier. He was professional, kind, fast and very affordable. We got everything we needed to close on the loan with time to spare. I highly recommend Aqua Systems in Lincoln, NE for all your water testing needs.
