Andy who helped serviced my dryer was very helpful in setting up an appointment the next day when I called about my issue. He was very flexible with the arrival time. And was able to diagnose the issue with my dryer and fix it promptly without any issues. Payment options were also flexible when the work was done. I would definitely work with him again on anything in the future.
Amazing service to fix a washer that needed a replaced seal. Andy was very informative on how to avoid the problem happening again, and he also came to assess, ordered the parts and fixed it all within 2 days. Would recommend their company to anyone!!
My refrigerator (about 12 years old) stopped cooling and freezing. I contacted Appliance Repair Guys and they came promptly the next morning. Andy diagnosed the problem as a condenser failure and we discussed the best solution which was to order a new condenser. He did that on the spot. It came 3 days later and he came over and installed it immediately. My fridge works perfectly now. I found him to be professional, helpful, prompt and friendly. I highly recommend him. The condenser was not inexpensive and I added express shipping but his labor was reasonable and he was very efficient.
Andy was very professional and helpful! He was timely and we enjoyed talking with him and his son. Fantastic guy and very hardworking! Would definitely hire again and the fact that these high tech machines are hard to work on or diagnose was a real Relief that he had no problem and a fast fix. No add ons just got it done and they work great! Thank you!!
Dave came out the same day to assess an issue with our washer . He was prompt, polite , knowledgeable and thorough. My husband appreciated that he gave a detailed explanation of the problem and showed pictures of what needed to be addressed. I chose The Appliance Guys because of their high ratings and couldn’t agree more. In fact,we were so very pleased that I had him look at a long term issue with our refrigerator, which he also fixed!
