5 stars, would do 10 if I could. All due to Tommy Davis. Tommy spent an hour with me assisting with a warranty claim (broken shelf on a fridge). He called 4 different people on my behalf, had my back throughout the whole process and was able to get me a new shelf for my fridge. In my 34 years walking this watch Tommy stands out to me as the most helpful employee I’ve worked with across all walks of life. Go to appliance factory and ask for Tommy he’s a great guy.
I am very appreciative of the team at the Fort Collins appliance factory, especially Eric, who I worked with extensively in the search for my washer/dryer pair for my new house. The first day I went in, right around Mid-January, I worked with Eric for well over an hour going over options, and left with a solid impression that I wanted to buy my washer/dryer here, especially since my closing date wasn't till March and Appliance Factory could hold any purchased units for up to 90 days. Come back to early February, and I had found a difficult to beat deal at a competitor for a really nice LG matched set. Eric not only remembered speaking with me a few weeks prior, but was able to match their competitor for the set plus delivery fees, and worked with me on pricing for the install parts that I would need. Overall, I feel like I got a much better deal all in, and my units are locked in for delivery in a little under a month. Definitely a 5 star experience
I have enjoyed fantastic positive customer service in all of my interactions at the Appliance Factory. I purchased 4 appliances and they were positive to work with every step of the way. Justin and his team worked hard to make sure I was pleased. Even when I made a measurement error, he worked tirelessly to find me a product that fit.
The staff here are fantastic. They helped me find the exact model of my dishwasher and had the replacement part I needed in stock even though it’s an older machine. I highly recommend giving them a call and fixing your own appliance with their help! Super easy and saves you money. Couldn’t be happier.
**Reposted since Google deleted my first review** AVOID AT ALL COSTS - if you get a working machine great, if you don't you're out of luck and have to deal with the inane and inaccessible return policy with this company. Long story short - they delivered 2 "brand new" washers with huge holes in the drum and are taking no responsibility (putting all responsibility on manufacturer). They have denied our return request for the dryer and it took almost 3 weeks to get a refund for the two broken washers they delivered to us. We bought a brand new (not scratch and dent and not open box) Whirlpool washer/dryer set and after 3 weeks we ended up with 2 broken washers that were delivered with holes in the drum and a dryer that they refuse to take back. If you encounter an issue with anything you buy from them, they have no repair team or refund process that doesn't involve them getting a credit from the manufacturer before releasing your money back to you which can take days to weeks. They will continue to hold your money hostage and claim that everything is "above their paygrade" and "out of their control". They also told us that they found 14 units with holes in the drums that were supposedly "new" so who knows what they are actually selling to you. The manager of this store actively avoids getting on the phone even if you ask for the manager until you call the "President's Hotline" and then you will hear his voice. Go to a big box store with a more lenient return policy so you don't end up with a broken washer in your basement and no way to wash your clothes for 3 weeks!
