Deb Buchholz
Update: Peter came today. There was a family ER and his call center had not relayed this. Our washer is fixed. We are sorry for their families loss. Hopefully they make changes as they were reasonably priced and timely with the exception of their call center failing them. 2/23 they came and found a part needed replaced in our washer. They came back that afternoon and put the part in our washer. They left while washer was finishing cycle. Cashed my check. 2/24 we found the washer would not open. 2/25 they came back said it was a faulty part and made a call and said the part would be in 2/26 (only coming from Denver) and they would be back that morning. They ghosted us. 6 calls later they finally answer and claim the part didnt come in. (They could have communicated this but did not) I tell them I need my washer and I expect to hear from them with a status on 2/27. Since I hadnt heard anything I called and left a voicemail reminder at 11 am. Its almost 5pm and we are being ghosted again. This company took my money and I still have no working washer and zero communication. We are retired on a fixed income. All we asked for was communication yet we are ghosted again today. If you use them make sure everything works before you pay them.
