Appliance Factory Parts

I really appreciate this store. I have purchased used appliances here and have not been disappointed. I have also purchased replacement parts that have saved me quite a few dollars in repair costs. My most recent purchase was several days ago for a dryer part. I was certain that I knew that part number that I needed for the dryer model I own. Jared Dillon assisted me with my purchase, and upon his examination, he found that I had ordered the wrong part. Thankfully, he reviewed my mistake with me an ordered the correct part with my consent. This is outstanding customer service, and it saved me so much time and frustration. I do appreciate this store and their staff.

I had a light socket break on my GE microwave and Don was very helpful in getting me the part. When I got home the part did not work so I called him back and he got back to me very promptly and vowed to fix the issue. Very courteous and affable. I also was in the market for a small chest freezer and he had two in stock that will work perfectly for my needs. The price is always good there and the people are very friendly. I would highly recommend checking this place out instead of the big box stores for all of your appliance needs. I know I will for my next wish-list item which is a new gas stove.

What a GREAT place! I was treated with respect and there was no high pressure sales pitches. I bought a used part to attempt to fix my refrigerator myself, and Don was so helpful. He offered both new and reclaimed parts - and explained the difference. The part was easy to install, and fixed my problem. Thanks again!
