Kyle is absolutely the best! He is quick to come out, efficient and super professional. We love having him come out to fix our doors, and he always lets me know any other maintenance coming up that I should do on them. As a service manager of a busy shop, having working garage doors are super important, so we are super thankful for Kyle and Apple Doors being so amazing, and always saving us when we need them! Go somewhere else. Refused to honor the written quote and walked back promises. They were surprised to see I kept the original documentation. Charged me an additional 74.99 above the written price, which I agreed to after argument in order to get them off my property. I will pay to have the free warranty serviced with another company before I spend another penny here. Take the time to find someone trusted that does not represent maximizing a chain's profit. I knew better, shame on me this time - I encourage you to avoid my mistake. *Edit overcharge amount.

Replaced 2 garage door opener systems in July 2025. Incorrectly charged me for trim that was never replaced. Sent them pictures illustrating it was never replaced. Went back and forth for months. I finally just paid the incorrect invoice because it's laughable they couldn't adjust the mistake. The door openers seem fine (very quiet and the video option is cool) but I'd suggest you try another company. It was generally a rushed, sloppy install. The installers left screws, pieces of wire, and debris on the garage floor, which I ended up sweeping for a few days. They also didn't want to spend a lot of time helping me understand the new system. One of the installers was more helpful than the other and he helped me at least set up my car to open the door. The other installer got in the truck and started it up. When my 3-year maintenance contract ends, I'll switch to another company.
