Overhead door company absolutely was a lifesaver! Tim was my technician, he was able to squeeze me in his already busy schedule, and did a fantastic job. He got the job done and now my garage is secure. I can sleep well tonight! Would recommend this company as especially Tim 10 times over.!!!!
Called for service since my garage door all of a sudden had multiple issues. Was able to get same day service in less than 2 hours from calling. Tim, and his helper Israel, were great at trouble shooting all the issues and the door was fixed and working better than new in about an hour. I would definitely recommend for fast, courteous service.
My garage door malfunctioned on a Saturday morning. I waited until Monday morning to call. I wasn't available to be home until later in the day, but Overhead was ready and willing to send a tech over at 8:15 AM. The tech called prior to our scheduled time in the afternoon and was onsite as I walked out the door, excellent. The tech was courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. In about an hour the springs were replaced, the door balanced and the tech was on his way and I was able to use my garage again.
