I had a terrible experience with Apple. I purchased a brand-new but defective pair of AirPods. Despite sending repair facilities three times, they couldn’t identify the problem. The last time, they sent the device back to me, but I never received it. I was informed that it had been delivered, but I never received it. The device was delivered to the lobby of my apartment building, which has 300 units, not to my apartment. I informed an Apple representative that I could report the incident to the police and provide them with the incident number. However, they instructed me to find the device on my own.
