We scheduled a seat bidet install. We received an immediate text confirmation of our appointment with a time window after our phone call was made. On the day of the appointment we received another text that Josh was on the way as well as his picture for identification purposes. A little over an hour later he finished the work. Great job working in a very tight space that my husband was not up for! Thank you!
Apex was extremely professional, they are a rarity among contractors. They showed up on time or even early every time they came. Do not hesitate to call them, they were awesome!
I had a clogged kitchen sink and called Apex at 9:30 and had a technician here by 10:30. The technician, Darrin, was very friendly and was able to fix problem! I World use Apex again and would recommend them to a friend.
Good service but SUPER pricey. I paid $120 for a service call, which got jacked up to $150 because they spent 5 min using a hand auger to clear a toilet, that they already knew about before coming out. UPDATE: Apex refunded me $30 down to the original $120 they said they charged for a service call.
