Alpha is a awesome gentleman and fixed my nephews iPhone screen fast and was having a conversation with me and my nephew and when he heard I have mobility issues he asked if he could pray for me and that made my day even better. Definitely will recommend him over and over to anyone who needs cellphones fixed.
Pretty cool guy, chill and good vibes. Remember you must pay upfront before he gets you the parts and also he is very honest about the price what he tells you, as in price wise then that is the price. Also there is a small fee for cards and credit cards. Recommend cash but over all its not a big deal
VERY thankful for quality, knowledgeable repair service that is local. AO was tenacious with my cranky IPad and got it going again with improved memory. He set up my new IPad and kept me going while parts for the old one were being shipped, Really thankful for his ability (and Christian music while you wait). Thank you, Alpha!!
I dropped off my laptop, including the charger, at Alpha Omega’s Clarksville location on July 3. The very next day, July 4, the location was abruptly shut down—just five minutes from my home. We were never contacted about the closure or informed that the business was relocating to Madisonville, Kentucky. Phones attached of the former Clarksville location.
I only learned about the move through a friend who had been fired from the Clarksville store. When I finally got in touch with the owner, Alpha, via his personal cell phone, he falsely claimed that notices about the closure had been posted (there were none) and that he had tried to reach out to us (also untrue). At no point did we give permission for our equipment to be transported out of state.
After making the one-hour drive to the temporary Madisonville location, my husband and I were shocked by the disorganization. My charger, which had been turned in with the laptop, was missing. The workspace was cluttered, with parts scattered around and no visible tracking or system in place for customer equipment. He proceeded to pretend to look for it for a while to no avail.
When we voiced our concerns about the lack of care and professionalism to him and other customers , Alpha asked us to leave the store. We left immediately afterward without our charger.
Bottom line: Run, don’t walk away from this business. Look for a reputable electronics and phone repair service that values customer trust, communication, and accountability.
