They did a fantastic job. We had the tub resurfaced in 2023 when we bought our home. Earlier this year it was damaged by plumbers and they came out and fixed it. We had a bubble come up and burst recently. They came out and resurfaced the tub again today. I closed the room off but will add a photo when it cures. Each time they were here they were polite and professional. If you need a tub redone this is the company to choose!
Excellent experience with Ian. Very professional, straightforward experience, clear expectations. Beautiful craftsmanship. Don’t be me and forget to set your new drain and overflow BEFORE he comes.
Ian did an absolutely amazing job! He fixed a dip in the tub I never mentioned, leaving it much more level than before. And the surface texturing he used for grip is so comfortable, even when bathing! We are so happy with the new tub!
I highly recommend Anew Surface for being trustworthy, responsive and skilled. I researched several companies and went with Anew Surface due to their quick response, ease of pricing and the explanation of the tub glazing process. After Ian Dorsey, the owner, arrived and checked out the tub he suggested polishing vs. glazing. I appreciated the suggestion and it was a significant cost savings.
I originally scheduled to have my bathtub resurfaced & when they came out they let me know that it was not needed & could just be detailed instead. He was very honest, saved me some money & did an excellent job. Our tub looks brand new just from being detailed! Their office staff was very accommodating when I needed to have this completed on a specific day as well. Highly recommend them
