Awful, unprofessional business. Terrible at communication. They only answer the phone maybe 1 in 4 times during normal business hours. Flooded my home with concrete dust from having to dig up my floor. The dust even got up to my bedroom which is two floors above where they dug. The digging was done by two of their workers whose own colleagues said have "one brain cell between the two of them." Again, this is from their own co-workers. That is the level of care they have. This business is a joke. I had them come out for a possible plumbing leak in two locations and he "couldn't find anything". So with no resolution and a new hole in my wall, I was still charged over $200. I asked to speak with a manager and was never contacted back. The receptionist said they would refund me $50 and send out a "more experienced plumber" in which I declined and never received the refund. Very poor customer service.

DuPont was a life saver when our water heater went out recently. We called in the morning and we had hot water by 4 PM! Cameron and Aidan were professional, courteous and quick, but thorough, when installing & removing our water heater. Cameron went above and beyond and reviewed our previous unit’s warranty info, which was a huge help. We also used them a few year ago (for a sump pump battery backup install) and will definitely use them again in the future!
