American Pavement has no competent supervision! This company made an absolute mess of our community!!! Somerston Ridge (West Farm Rd) They took the barricades down too early...They did not protect sidewalks, then etched concrete trying to clean up the splattered slurry from unprotected sidewalks. Over one month later the gutters and streets are polluted with crumbling asphalt...This is so disappointing for our neighborhood :(
American was contracted to seal the street on front of my home for COH. They tagged twice before work being performed with detailed instructions and contract info. My home has papers past the right-of-way. They tapped of the papers for protection. It was left for a week, maybe two. I was too lazy to remove it. Today they were working on a nearby street. And the removed the tape! True customer service right there! I can see why my wife loved using them and scheduling with Mary in tue HOA industry. Do appreciate the detailed work.
Well the pave job could have been better also they didnt block the street off to good. Some people drove right through and ruined it (DHL delivery truck) just an hour after being paved . I contacted dhl and complained also contacted the pavement company. I guess nobody is going to come by and fix it. They were also supposed to leave the cones up until 5 but took them down at 2 pm. Just sad! Warhorse and Baldurn. They came again today, dont know what they were doing and left a mess on our street in front of my house! In front of my house wasnt bad before but they destroyed ot today! Omg it looks worse now.Wth?! Why didnt they fix the mess by or crossroads ? Baldurn and Warhorse Tried reaching out to a Priscilla but mailbox full
I am extremely impressed with the outstanding service provided by American Pavement Preservation in Sugar City, Idaho. They have demonstrated exceptional courtesy and professionalism by giving us timely notifications about road closures. Wow. How scary was this experience, I watched as this man move my trash can on trash day right in front of my house, checking to see if it was full or empty, then tossing it to my drive way blocking my exit, I was in my home watching him do this from my widows, I have twins and was enjoying the view while breastfeeding, I was gonna finish up and go get groceries, I got up to ask him to please move the trash can to the other side of the drive way for me since I will be leaving and it’s inconvenient for me to walk down while putting my twins in the car, he stared at me as if he had no clue what I was saying, I told him okay you moved my trash but least you can do is move it to the other side, he stared at me angrily and moved his hand as I was talking too much, moving his hand like i was annoying him. So so disgusting and it had my anxiety over the roof, I dunno if this is how things run normally here but I was left speechless. It super uncomfortable and they were beyond unprofessional. PLEASE hire people that give YOUR company a GOOD NAME.
