We had an outstanding technician (Mike T.) come out to our residence to do our maintenance check on our water heater. Right off the start he already noticed a few things missing from our water heater then inside the house he noticed some discoloration around the drains and toilets alerting him that something is happening in the tank. He even showed me that the previous owners possibly had a water softener judging by the marks on the ground and how they secured the recent pipe work…(everything was making sense now, lol) Mike was thorough in his inspection and professional in his craft helping me understand everything going on. He gave me all my options so nothing was left unsaid, stayed in good communication with the company and overall top tier customer service!!
