I was involved in a single car auto accident caused by faulty placement of Las Vegas Paving's road construction equipment. Despite Clark County determining in two separate investigations that Las Vegas Paving was the only contractor hired in the area, Las Vegas Paving denied my claim to recue damages. When I presented them with evidence from Clark County's second investigation, they refused to provide me with a form to appeal their earlier denial. For a company that is contracted by the county to serve its residents by improving our community's roads, I am shocked and appalled by the lack of responsiveness in a situation in which they clearly are responsible.
