After two trees and two years and two other repair shops doing nothing but take my money and leave my drone unflyable, we found this Drone Doctor. These people were great and I watched their interaction with other customers and they are the sweetest most helpful people. He fixed my DJI and I am up and running like new. Highly recommended.
Broke the arm off my Mini 4 pro trying to land on the roof of my truck on a windy day. Shipped it from Maui to the Drone Doctor in Las Vegas. They had it repaired in no time. Cost which included the return shipping was very fair. Liz was very professional and polite. I highly recommend them! Will not use the roof of my truck as a landing pad anymore.
🦅💨 RicksGottaBird!!! Exceptional experience with Drone Doctor! Their selection of drones is top-notch, personnel knowledgeable, the customer service is outstanding, and the prices are competitive. I upgraded from the AIR 2S to the AIR 3S. I'm blown away by this drone! The camera quality is stunning, and the flight controls are super smooth. It's so relaxing to fly and capture amazing aerial footage. The battery life is impressive too. The RC-2 controller is much better than the RC-N2, I like that my phone no longer needs to be attached. I highly recommend the AIR 3S for anyone looking to take their drone game to the next level. I'm already thinking about purchasing an additional Drone for spring '26. I was skeptical at first because we all know how hard it is to get new model DJI drones, but this place is legit. I visited from Arizona and went to their shop. I got the Mavic 4 Creator Combo and Mini 5 Pro. The folks working there are fun and there to help you! Call to make sure they have immediate availability!
I needed a Mavic 4 Pro Creative Combo and found these guys after a Google search. I had never heard of them and couldn’t find anyone who had heard of them before so I was little hesitant to actually buy from them. I emailed them asking if they really had the drone in stock ready to ship. They said they did. I ordered a few days later. After a few days of waiting for it to ship they sent tracking info from UPS. 3 days later it still said that UPS hadn’t received the package. I started getting nervous that I had been scammed. They offered to ship another next day air to me to make sure I received it before the day I needed it. I live in Arizona so ended up just driving to Vegas to pickup the drone in person to ensure no more shipping delays. TL;DR version is they were very communicative, professional, and are a real company. The drone is fantastic. I hope they were able to figure out what happened to the one they dropped at UPS.
