The manager was accessible, professional and kept me informed of the time and the plan. They were accommodating, given the snow, and changing weather conditions. We just had our carpets and furniture cleaned by Ameri-Best in Plainville, CT, and the difference is night and day! It had been quite a few years since our last deep clean, and everything was definitely due for some serious attention. Their team was fantastic — professional, thorough, and incredibly respectful of our home. They were able to remove stains we honestly thought were permanent, and both the carpets and furniture look refreshed and revived. We’re extremely happy with the results and won’t hesitate to bring them back again. Highly recommend!

I was able to book an appointment within a week. The two man crew arrived on time (even a little early). Very professional and friendly gentlemen. They took extra care with corner guards and towels to avoid contact of their equipment on floors and walls. Our carpets are refreshed and look fantastic. Highly recommend.
Nelson and Alex were amazing. They were able to arrive early. They came in did what they have to do. They were quick and efficient. All the furniture that they cleaned for us looks amazing and smells wonderful. They were very respectful of our property and explained everything that they were doing when we had questions. I definitely recommend them.
