Badger drains came on a Saturday afternoon to deal with a clogged drain that prevented us from using “the facilities” My wife and I are both elderly and not equipped to solve issues like this on our own. Devin came and did a great job. He is friendly and knows his stuff (been doing this since age 13, apparently). We are delighted to recommend Badger Drains. Great service!
Had some water coming up in our basement drain. Devin was able to get to our house the same day, quickly diagnosed the issue, and got us fixed very quickly. Very friendly and professional, all at a reasonable price for the effort. 100% would recommend!
We had Badger Drains out to fix a clog in two different main lines that were causing a back up of our septic system into the downstairs shower and bathroom. Any amount of water going through our pipes would flood the bathroom more, so understandably someone coming out quickly was imperative. Devon was able to fit us in the same day both times and get us cleaned out and using our water as normal. He is professional, cleans up after himself, explains the issue and fixes, and shows his work, all while being incredibly reasonably priced. We absolutely recommend him to everyone!
We had an emergency drain issue on a Sunday late-afternoon that backed up into the shower, and could not wait for a Monday fix. Devon at Badgers Drains was the first person we were able to find, and luckily for us he was able to come out within an hour. He was able to quickly find the problem and fix. He showed us live video on his laptop from the camera snake to show us the issue, and gave us some helpful information about some plumbing issues with our 2nd floor drains. Devon was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and the price was especially reasonable for a Sunday night mess. We would not hesitate to use Badger Drains again or recommend them to anyone with drain issues.
